About The REI Wire

A free weekly email for small, self-managing landlords.

Most landlord media is built for big investors or is run by a company selling software. The REI Wire is for the owner with a duplex, a few single-family homes or a small portfolio of up to about ten doors, who handles tenants, repairs and paperwork personally.

Each issue takes about five minutes to read and answers three questions: what changed, what it costs, and what to do this week. We focus on rates, insurance and landlord-tenant law, with extra attention to Georgia and the Southeast, and we link every news item to an official source.
